Miso Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp.

Canola oil

Marinade

 

2 tbsp.

Miso paste

1 ½ tsp.

Sesame oil

1 ½ tsp.

Ginger, chopped

2 tsp.

Garlic, chopped

¼ tsp. or more to taste

Red pepper flakes

1 tbsp.

Water

Instructions

Place chicken in shallow baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients well.

Pour marinade over chicken.

Cover and chill for 1 - 2 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade – discard any remaining.

In a large skillet, heat canola oil – medium high heat.

Cook chicken about 4 minutes per side – until not pink inside.
